Institute status
The Malta Institute of Applied Artificial Intelligence ("MIAAI") is a private, independent institute registered in Malta. Programmes offered by MIAAI confer the Institute's own professional qualifications. They are not state-accredited degrees, and nothing on this website should be read as a claim of MFHEA, FEL or university degree-award accreditation. Where this site uses the term "Professional Master", it is an institute designation describing programme level and design, not a protected academic title.
Programme terms
Tuition, deposits and withdrawal conditions are set out in the individual enrolment agreement, which governs in the event of any conflict with this page. Faculty listings describe professional roles as held; MIAAI verifies them at appointment and updates listings when roles change. Third-party names appear for factual description of prior employment only and imply no endorsement.
Privacy
We process the personal data you send us (name, contact details, CV, statement) solely to handle admissions and enrolment enquiries, on the lawful bases of consent and contract, under applicable GDPR obligations. We do not sell personal data. Retention: two years from last contact unless enrolment creates a longer obligation. To request access or erasure, write to admin@maltiaai.com.
