Practical AI for the people who run operations.
MIAAI is a private institute in Malta training working professionals to deploy artificial intelligence inside real enterprises — not in laboratories, not in slide decks. Our founding cohort begins in January 2026.
The gap between AI research and operating reality is a management problem.
Most enterprises do not lack AI models. They lack operations leaders, managers and analysts who can put those models into production — into queues, tickets, supply chains, guest services and support desks — without breaking what already works.
MIAAI was founded in 2025 by practitioners who have done this inside large consumer-facing and industrial organisations. We teach the discipline of deployment: data foundations, integration, cost, governance and organisational change, taught in small cohorts by faculty who currently hold operational roles.
Three Professional Master programmes. One founding cohort, January 2026.
Professional Master in Applied AI for Enterprise Operations
Put AI to work inside service and physical operations: forecasting, orchestration, computer vision, agent-assisted workflows.
Professional Master in Applied AI for Leadership
For executives accountable for AI investment: portfolio decisions, governance, talent and the economics of deployment.
Professional Master in Applied AI for Analytics
The production analytics track: modern data platforms, feature pipelines, evaluation and monitoring of models in use.
All three programmes share the same faculty core and run as a single founding cohort of up to 25 participants, with programme-specific tracks. MIAAI programmes are professional qualifications of an independent private institute; they are not state-accredited degrees.
Small, senior, and finished.
Blended by design
Six months: weekly online sessions with working practitioners, plus a three-day residency at our Valletta premises where cohorts deploy a working system end to end.
Capped at 25
One cohort a year. Participants are senior analysts, operations managers and directors — the cohort is part of the curriculum.
Practitioner faculty
Faculty hold live responsibilities in technology and operations organisations and teach part-time. Curriculum is reviewed each cycle with industry practitioners.
